It is our intention that this portal will not only function as a secure data store for your information but also as a two way communication facility between yourself and your Adviser.
The technology used within the portal will not only allow for documentation to be passed between us but also provides the perfect solution when we require documentation to be signed in order to progress with your formal requirements and administration.
The portal provides a digital signing facility that can be implemented on any of the documentation that would in normal circumstances require an original wet signature. This allows for a fast and secure solution when dealing directly with your Adviser or Planner. Documentation which is digitally signed is automatically returned to Russell Gibson via the client portal so there is no need to spend time trying to think of the best way to return the document.
In addition you will have the option to review some of the personal data we store in regards to your personal circumstances and finances and have the opportunity to update these directly or advise us of changes in circumstances.
Where can I use the client portal?
All documents that we share with you via our secure client portal can be accessed at any time, from any internet enabled device (PC, tablet or Smart Phone) so if you need a copy of any of the financial documentation available on your portal you can access it 24 hours a day.
